Located in the heart of the downtown Lakewood Historic district, Tapster Cleveland is the city’s first fully self-pour tasting room—bringing a hands-on, pour-your-own twist to the area’s vibrant craft beverage scene.
With more than 30 taps featuring craft beer, wine, cider, hard seltzer, and large batch cocktails, guests can explore Cleveland’s local flavors alongside popular favorites—all at their own pace. Whether you’re grabbing a quick pour before dinner or settling in with friends, Tapster offers an easy, interactive way to experience the best of the city’s beverage scene. Plus, there’s a parking lot right behind Tapster, making it easy to swing by whenever you’re in the neighborhood.

Tapster is more than beer — it’s a pour-your-own playground for all kinds of tastes.
From local and made-in-the-USA spirits to wine, cold brew coffee, kombucha, and soda, there’s always something fresh flowing. We’re proud to keep non-alcoholic options available at all times, so every guest can join the fun.
With taps that rotate weekly and six wines always on tap—including a Sangria, Prosecco, Red Blend, and a rotating white, red, and rosé—there’s a pour here for everyone.
Food
Tapster Cleveland is a BYOF (Bring Your Own Food) establishment. You are welcome to bring any food you’d like, but we also offer freshly popped popcorn, locally sourced pretzel bites with cheese, kettle potato chips & dip, hot dogs, Belgian waffles, freshly baked cookies, and Jenni’s Ice Cream cups.

MEET THE LOCAL ENTREPRENEUR
Jordan Kay
Jordan Kay, owner of Tapster Cleveland, brings a deep-rooted love for community and connection to every pour. A former Chicago resident, Jordan became a loyal Tapster regular before deciding to turn his favorite hangout into a hometown venture. When the opportunity came to move back to Cleveland to be closer to family, he saw the perfect chance to introduce Lakewood to the self-pour experience he had grown to love – one that prioritizes freedom, fun and an easygoing atmosphere where people can connect over great drinks.
Since opening in 2023, Tapster Cleveland has become a community hub built with local love. Jordan has thoughtfully curated a lineup of over 30 taps, offering everything from craft beer and cocktails to wine and non-alcoholic options, many from Cleveland-based breweries and artisans. Whether you’re popping in for a quick drink, catching a local trivia night or celebrating with friends, Jordan’s vision is clear: to create a welcoming space where Lakewood locals feel right at home.
